Program and itinerary

ARRIVAL

​

  • Meeting point in Olbia or Cala Gonone

  • Flights to Olbia, Cagliari, or Alghero

  • Ferry from Genoa, Livorno, or Naples to Olbia

  • Travel to Ulassai from other cities (Olbia, Alghero, etc.)
    by bus or rental car

     

DAY 1

​

Independent arrival. Meeting point in the afternoon in Olbia. For early arrivals, a short city walk is possible. (Alternative meeting point: directly in Ulassai.) From the airport, we drive together through Sardinia’s mountainous interior with spectacular views to Ulassai.

Upon arrival, everyone checks into their individually chosen accommodation — campsite, Airbnb, or hotel. Those who wish can meet for a casual aperitivo and/or dinner to get to know each other. We end the day with a gentle, grounding yoga session. From the following morning on, we meet daily to start the day together.

DAY 2

​

Shared breakfast and a morning yoga session. Introduction and basic instruction in climbing, followed by a full day at the crag.
In the late afternoon, we visit the small and charming village of Ulassai — time to stroll, explore, and enjoy an aperitivo. Dinner is flexible: together or individually.

 

DAY 3

​

Morning yoga to arrive and energize. The morning is free for relaxing, reading, or simply enjoying the surrounding landscape.
In the afternoon, we go climbing in the nearby canyon. In the evening, a longer, balancing yoga session in nature awaits.

DAY 4

​

Morning yoga, followed by breakfast and our departure towards Cala Gonone. On the way, we visit a prehistoric site rich in history.
After arrival: check-in, grocery shopping, and a conscious slow-down. Time at the beach, relaxation, and an extended yin yoga session. Those who wish can join a small exploration walk or an easy hike.

 

DAY 5

Morning meet-up and a short yoga warm-up — either at the crag or with sea views. A full day of climbing in Cala Gonone follows. In the evening, relaxed dinner and recovery time.

 

DAY 6

​

A gentle start to the day with yoga. The morning is free: beach time, relaxation, or an optional kayak trip along the spectacular coastline.
In the afternoon, we explore a new climbing spot, such as La Poltrona (“the Chair”), a unique rock formation with a distinctive character. Shared dinner in the evening.

DAY 7

​

Morning yoga session, followed by the final climbing day — climbing as long as the muscles allow. In the evening, we enjoy a farewell dinner together in a traditional restaurant in Cala Gonone.

 

DAY 8

​

One last shared breakfast. Individual departure or transfer to the airport.

BUT BE CAREFUL

Every week is unique...

We always try to adapt our program to the individual group members in the best possible way. To do this, we ask you to fill out a form in advance with information about yourself, previous sporting experience, diet etc. Unfortunately, we cannot influence the weather.  Unfortunately, we cannot influence the weather either. Therefore, and depending on the group constellation, our program can vary from week to week. A variety of rocks, mountains and hiking trails... Possibility to visit historical sights 'on-the-way', one of the largest caves in the area... Countless restaurants, cafés and bars... and and and... are waiting for you!

 

...and because we can't possibly see everything in a week, it's worth coming back!
