Program and itinerary

ARRIVAL:

* Meeting point directly at our base in Demonte
* Flights to Turin or Milan
* Train/night train to Turin or Milan
* From there continue by train and bus to Demonte
* Alternatively, arrival by car/rental car or Flixbus is also possible

DAY 1
Individual arrival and settling into our base in Valle Stura. After check-in, there is time to explore the surroundings, relax by the river, or enjoy the pool. Do you enjoy cooking? Whoever wants can join us for the grocery shopping for the week. Breakfast, dinner, and snacks — together we will discover the local products of the valley. In the evening, welcome aperitivo, getting to know each other, and a shared dinner.

DAY 2
Shared breakfast and morning yoga. Afterwards, we begin our first outdoor activity: rock climbing with introduction and guidance. Whether beginner or experienced climber, the focus is on sharing the experience and enjoying nature together. We spend the afternoon relaxing at the riverside beach or pool. Shared dinner — either self-cooked at the campsite or in one of the restaurants within walking distance.

DAY 3
Shared breakfast and yoga. Today it’s time for canyoning — gorges, waterfalls, and pure nature right around our base. Afterwards, there is time to relax, swim, or play beach volleyball, football, or ping pong. Shared BBQ in the evening followed by a bonfire under the stars.

DAY 4
Sleep in and enjoy a relaxed start to the day with yoga and brunch. The day is free to enjoy at your own pace. Relax by the pool or river, take walks in nature, or enjoy games together. Optional extra activities such as rafting, canyoning, hiking, climbing, or e-bike tours can be booked.
In the evening, we come together for a cooking class featuring regional and seasonal dishes, followed by a sound healing session with Tibetan singing bowls.

DAY 5
Shared breakfast and yoga. Today we explore the mountains of Valle Stura on a scenic group hike with spectacular views. Lunch snack or picnic in nature. Afterwards, there is time to swim in the river and relax. Shared dinner and bonfire in the evening.

DAY 6
Free day including yoga and a shared brunch. Time to relax, sunbathe, read, or stay active. Beach volleyball, football, ping pong, as well as the pool and river, are available free of charge at any time. Optional outdoor activities or e-bike rentals can be booked. Shared dinner at the campsite or in a local restaurant.

DAY 7
Shared breakfast and yoga. To finish the week, one last adventure awaits: rafting on the wild mountain river of Valle Stura. Afterwards, we relax together by the water and take time to reflect on the past days. Final shared dinner in the evening.

DAY 8
One last time. Shared breakfast and relaxed departure.
 

BUT BE CAREFUL

Every week is unique...

We always try to adapt our program to the individual group members as best as possible. For this purpose, we have a form filled out in advance with personal information, previous sporting knowledge, diets, etc.  Unfortunately we cannot influence the weather either. For this reason and depending on the group configuration, our program can vary from week to week. A variety of rocks, mountains and hiking trails... Opportunity to visit a chestnut farm, one of the largest caves in the area, a cooking class, a beer brewery, a sculpture gallery... Countless restaurants, cafés and bars... and and and... are waiting for you!

...and because we can't possibly see everything in one week, it's worth coming back!
